What is common is not normal. You deserve the best pelvic floor therapy.

You’re in the right place if…

  1. You "just in case pee” because you never know when the urge will hit. You’re constantly worrying if there will be a quick escape to a bathroom when it does.

  2. You thought you’d be able to resume intimacy after your 6 week follow up yet you are feeling hesitant, fearful, ashamed, or frustrated. Maybe you’re a year+ out and things still aren’t the same.

  3. You miss your old forms of exercise. You dread a sneeze. You want to chase your kids outside. You layer up your protection in attempts to participate in the activities that you didn’t used to think twice about.

  4. You have had a moment of panic, fear, and embarrassment when you were told you had a prolapse or felt (or saw) a protrusion or heaviness.

  5. Your upper back or lower back are constantly tight and hurting. It feels like there is no end in sight because you have to keep showing up for your baby, family, and job.

  6. You have just accepted “constipated” as your new norm.

  7. Your toddler now feels like he/she weighs 100 pounds. Everything around the house feels heavy and hard. You dread picking up a dropped item with a baby in your arms.

Let’s get empowered.

I believe the reactive and “just accept it” nature of our medical system is doing us a disservice. In additional to providing interventions for specific core and pelvic floor problems, I provide overall women’s health and wellness, empowerment, body education, return to exercise, and prevention services.
